I came across this article and I think there is a mistake in the spelling. This person's name is written "Etxepare" in the Basque language, and the "tx" is pronounced like "تش"
There is another Basque author whose last name is "Atxaga" and it's spelled "اتشاجا"
I won't try to correct the article or the title because I don't speak Arabic well and don't want to make a mistake, but I'd appreciate it if someone else did
