الناسك (بالانجليزى: Hermit) هو الشخص اللى بيعيش، فى عزله عن المجتمع .[1] وفي استخدام العامية الحديثة، فإن مصطلح "الناسك" يدل على أي شخص يعيش حياة بعيد عن بقية المجتمع، أو اللى لا يشاركون في المناسبات الاجتماعية.
