«Прямоугольное двухстороннее синее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, с белыми полосами вдоль древка и свободного края в 1/4 длины полотнища и воспроизводящее фигуры из герба Батыревского сельского поселения, выполненные в белом, пурпурном и жёлтом цвете».

Геральдическое описание герба гласит: «В лазоревом поле между серебряными краями — могучий воин (богатырь, батыр), также серебряный, в золотом шлеме, опирающийся на золотой огненный меч, пурпурным эфесом вверх».
