عبدالعزيز متعب آل رشيد, ده كان سادس حاكم لاماره جبل شَمْر
اماره جبل شَمْر او اماره حائل, دى دوله كانت متآسسه 1836, وكان مكانها مدينه حائل عاصمه للبلد, وكانت بتعيش شمال الجزيره العربيه (دلوقتى شمال السعوديه), وبيحكمها عيله ال رشيد, عاشت الاماره ده فى السنين اللى بعدها الى ان سقط البلد ده سنه 1921, وبعدها انضم حائل الى الاراضى السعوديه.[1][2][3]
