الصحرا الغربيه هيا منطقه عليها تنازع فى شمال افريقيا ، و بتحدها المغرب من الشمال ، الجزاير من شمال شرق و موريتانيا من الشرق والجنوب ، و المحيط الأطلنطى من الغرب. الصحرا الغربيه عاصمتها العيون المدينه اللى اسسها الاسبان سنة 1928[6]. و بتديرالمغرب 80 ℅ من الاقليم من سنة 1991 بعد إعلان وقف إطلاق النار بالرعاية الأمم المتحدة والبوليسارية حركة الاستقلال الصحراوية المكونة من القبايل الصحراوية المحلية تسيطر على 20% من الاقليم وتطالب بتقرير المصير للشعب الصحراوي[7].
