اقاليم ما وراء البحار البريطانيه بالانجليزى: British Overseas Territories هيا اقاليم بتتالف من اربعتاشر ولايه تابعه للمملكه المتحده, و اللى بتشكل جزء من المملكه المتحده, و هيا اما بقايا الامبراطوريه البريطانيه اللى لم خدتش استقلالها لسا او اتعمل استفتاء سنة و اختارت تبقى تحت السياده البريطانيه.

قانون ويستمنستر[تعديل]

رسميا اسمها «الاقاليم البريطانيه فيما وراء البحار» و اللى نص عليه قانون سنة 2002 و استبدال اسم اقليم تابع لبريطانيا استنادا على قانون الجنسيه البريطانيه المنظمه سنة 1981 من القرن الماضى.

اسماء الجزر والمناطق[تعديل]

تموضعها فى الخريطه العالميه

و الاقاليم هيا: انجويلا, برمودا, المقاطعه البريطانيه بالقاره القطبيه الجنوبيه, و اقليم المحيط الهندى البريطانى, و الجزر العذراء البريطانيه, وجزر كايمان وجزر فوكلاند, جبل طارق, و مونتسيرات و سانت هيلينا.و التبعيات لـ سانت هيلينا كل من (جزيره اسينشين وتريستان دا كونا), و جزر تركس وكايكوس, و جزر بيتكيرن و جورجيا الجنوبيه وجزر ساندويتش الجنوبيه, و قاعدتين فى الاراضى القبرصيه و هيا اكروتيرى ودكليا. للاشاره فان القاره القطبيه الجنوبيه بمافيا بريطانيا مش معترف بسيادة اى دوله على المنطقه. مساحه كل الاقاليم حوالى 667018 ميلا مربعا اى (1728000 كيلومتر), و عدد سكانها حوالى 260,000 انسان.

مناطق تانيه[تعديل]

جزر القنال و هيا جيرزى وجيرنزى, وجزيره مان, و تخضع كمان تحت سياده التاج البريطانى, و ليها علاقه مختلفه دستوريا مع المملكه المتحده, و صححه التابعه للتاج. و كلها جزء من الكومنولث و هيا رابطه طوعيه من البلدان ذات العلاقات التاريخيه مع الامبراطوريه البريطانيه.
