أبلجاك Applejack هو مشروب كحولىىقوى يتم إنتاجه من التفاح . كان المشروب شائع فى الفتره الاستعمارية الامريكانيه ، و انخفض انتشاره فى القرنين التسعتاشر والعشرين وسط منافسة من المشروبات الروحية التانيه.[1][2][3] يتم استخدام شراب التفاح فى الكتير من الكوكتيلات ، بما فيها جاك روز .[1] إنه نوع من براندى الفاكهة .
