الدوله (فرنساوى: État; انجليزى: sovereign "state"; "دوله" سياديّه) هيا مؤسسه سياسيه بتمارس سياده فعاله على الامور الداخليه و الخارجيه لمساحه جغرافيه و عدد من السكان و مابتعتمدش او خاضعه لأى سلطة أو دوله تانيه.[1] الدوله ساعات بتكون موجوده حتى بدون ما تعترف بيها الدول التانيه اللى ليها سياده.
الدوله كمفهوم بتقوم على تلات مقومات:
- اقليم: بيشمل الاقليم البرى و البحرى و الجوى.
- الشعب: المواطنين اللى معاهم جنسية الدوله.
- السلطه : الحكومه او الاداره اللى بتشوف امور الدوله.
