بريطانيا العظمى (انجليزى: Great Britain)‏ هيا جزيرة [6] شمال غرب القارة الأوروبية. و هيا تاسع اكبر جزيرة فى العالم حسب المساحه، وأكبر جزيره أوروبيه. عدد سكانها حوالى 60,0 مليون نسمة سنة 2009.[4][7] و هيا تالت اكبر جزيرة فى العالم حسب عدد السكان و حوالين بريطانيا العظمى فيه أكتر من ألف (1000) جزيره أصغر. جزيرة ايرلندا موجوده فى الغرب منها. فى السياسه بريطانيا العظمى بتشير للجزيرة نفسها جنبا مع عدد من الجزر المحيطه بيها و اللى بتكون أراضى إنجلترا، اسكتلندا و ويلز. كل الجزيرة من أراضى دولة المملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وايرلندا الشمالية، ومعظم أراضى المملكة المتحدة موجوده فى بريطانيا العظمى. وكمان معظم أراضى انجلترا و اسكتلندا و ويلز و عواصمهم لندن، ادنبره، و كارديف.
