الازمه الماليه 2007-2012
الأزمة المالية العالمية من سنة 2007 لحد دلوقتى هى أزمة مالية كبيره مستمره لحد لوقتى.[1] ابتدت بسبب نقص السيوله فى نظام البنوك فى امريكا [2].
الازمه الماليه ابتدت فى سنة 2007 و ظهرت فى سبتمبر 2008 مع فشل عمليات الاندماج او الحمايه لعدد كبير من الشركات المالية اللى مقرها فى الولايات المتحدة.

الأزمه ساهمت فى فشل شركات كبيره ، و انخفاض فى ثروة المستهلك بتتقدر بميات المليارات من الدولارات الأميركية ، و الأزمه حطت التزامات مالية كبيرة دفعتها حكومات الدول اللى إتأثرت بالأزمه، و حصل انخفاض كبير فى النشاط الاقتصادى[3].

الأسباب الكامنة اللى وصلت للأزمة اتكتب عنها في المجلات التجارية كذا شهر قبل سبتمبر.[4] لما كانو بیكتبو عن الاستقرار المالی فی اكبر بنوك الاستثمار و شركات التأمين و شركات و بنوك الرهن العقاری فی امريكا و الاتحاد الاوروبی نتيجة لأزمة الرهن العقارى.[4][1][5][6]. الخبرا الاقتصاديين اقترحو أسباب كتير [7].
السبب المباشر للأزمة كان انهيار بالونة الاسكان فى امريكا الللى وصلت أكبر حجم ليها سنة 2005-2006. [8][9] ، مع ارتفاع معدلات العجز عن دفع أقساط الرهن على سلف " الرهن العقارى بمخاطره عاليه " و زيادة معدل نسبةالفايده على القروض العقارية. زيادة بيع السلف بضمان العقارات و التسويق و الحوافز سببت ارتفاع أسعار المساكن و زيادة عدد اللى بيستلفو بضمان بيوتهم.
